Bill is a lawyer, government advisor, and former international banker. He brings a global perspective and measured leadership to drive sustainable business success, with his cross-sector experience and core expertise in finance and investments.
He’s held advisory roles with Indonesia’s Executive Office of the President and Ministry of Transportation. Before Dayastrata, he managed over US$5.2 billion in portfolio and spearheaded 17% AUM YoY growth at a global bank. He has also consulted for Fortune Global 500 companies on market intelligence and research.
He is also currently Group CEO of Alamia Nusantara Group, Chairman of Aegis Global Technology, an active high-level advisor to the Indonesian Government, and consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Muhammad Kunisyahputra Pasha, S.H. (LLB)
Director
Bagasta is a lawyer, trade & commerce specialist, and business implementation strategist. He’s had extensive management portfolio including in oil & gas, agriculture, fisheries, commodity exports, and lifestyle.
He has led creative business strategy and execution for clients in energy, finance, technology, FMCG, healthcare, and entertainment. His creative consultancy clients includes several banks in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500, Indonesia’s ride-hailing platform and largest digital technology ecosystem, and the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world.
Bagasta Fathi, S.H. (LLB)
Director
Kuni is an Iranian-born, US and German educated, Japanese-Indonesian lawyer. He brings legal and strategic depth to Dayastrata with experience in corporate law, international structuring, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Dayastrata, Tata managed a privately-held energy and real estate corporate group where he spearheaded liquidity management, asset optimisation, human capital reorganisation, and long-term business planning.
He has advised on cross-border transactions, complex institutional financings, and risk management across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and investment, representing over US$1.4 billion in aggregate deal value. He has also lead over US$3.2 billion in international debt restructuring.
As a legal advisor and businessperson, he combines technical expertise with practical business insight to support clients navigating complex global environments.
